By accessing or using BassBoatMarketplace.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site. The Site is intended for users located in the United States.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the listings and content you post, including descriptions, prices, photos and contact details. You represent that you own or have the right to sell each item you list and that your content does not infringe any third party's rights.

By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Site (including social media share previews).

• Posting fraudulent, misleading, stolen, or counterfeit listings.
• Scraping, harvesting, or republishing other users' content or contact data without consent.
• Listing items you do not own or are not legally permitted to sell.
• Spam, harassment, or any unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity.
• Attempting to circumvent Site security, fees, or moderation.

Standard listings are free. Optional premium promotion (currently $9.99 for 7 days) features your listing at the top of search results with a highlighted border. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store full card details. Promotions activate immediately upon successful payment and are non-refundable once active. A promotion automatically expires at the end of its term unless renewed.

BassBoatMarketplace.com is a venue that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction, do not take possession of any item, and do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any listing. Always inspect a boat in person, verify the title and VIN, and never wire money to a seller you have not met. You transact at your own risk.

The Site's design, logos, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice with the required details to legal@bassboatmarketplace.com. We will remove infringing content and may terminate repeat infringers.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BassBoatMarketplace.com and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Site or any transaction between users. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BassBoatMarketplace.com and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the Site, or your violation of these terms.
